Stunning Exit! Charles Mesure Leaves GH – New Jack Brennan Revealed!
General Hospital (GH) spoilers indicate that fans need to brace themselves for a major (and shocking) casting change on the show.
According to reports, actor Charles Mesure has already left his Jack Brennan role, and the soap has recast the part to soap opera veteran, Chris McKenna.
It seems that the Mesure left the show on his own accord, as a GH spokesperson’s official statement on the actor’s departure was as follows:
“Charles Mesure opted to exit the role of Brennan. We wish him all the best in his future endeavors.”
The show also noted that it, “… looks forward to continuing Brennan’s exciting storyline with Chris McKenna in the role.”
Mesure entered the land of Port Charles on December 1, 2023, and interestingly enough, it seems as if his last episode with GH was this past Thursday, January 30.
Fans can anticipate seeing McKenna enter the WSB agent role as of Tuesday, February 4.
Chris McKenna is certainly no stranger to the world of daytime drama, joining One Life to Life (OLTL) at the age of 12, playing Joey Buchanan.
In fact, some OLTL fans may recall the key role he played in the pivotal storyline that saw Billy Douglas (Ryan Phillippe) come out.
