General Hospital star Nancy Lee Grahn (Alexis Davis) is usually someone who likes to follow through with something that she says, but it looks like her latest project might have failed to take off altogether.

And of course, fans can’t help but wonder why. If there’s anything that we’ve learned about Nancy, it’s that she’s always consistent.
Back in 2022, Nancy announced that she was working on her first book. In fact, she said that she was working on her “truth.” At the time, she wrote on Twitter, “Been a member of a labor union @sagaftra for 49 years. It’s protected my well being at the workplace. It’s providing me with a pension that now frees me up to live my truth beholden to no one, which is a most excellent time to write a book. Cheers.”
Not even a week later, Nancy even shared an excerpt from her upcoming book. She gave a hint of what was to come by writing, “Always so grateful to have an ongoing contract, my own parking space and people I’ve never met who come up to me regularly and tell me how much younger I look in person. It’s a gift that I have been able to and still get to do what I love to do for such a gloriously long time.”
Yet, it’s been well over a year and Nancy has not made any progress on her book. In fact, it seems like she’s neglected the project altogether. So far the actress has not given a reason as to why, either.
