Dex is in great shape, so dying of a heart attack, much like Sam did, would not only be shocking but also send red flags everywhere. But why would Cyrus do this? What was his motive to kill Sam? Fans will have to tune into the soap to find out. Is Dex about to meet his demise the same way Sam did—via a digitalis overdose?
