General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal Ava Jerome (Maura West) found it easy to reach for help from Sonny Corinthos’ (Maurice Benard) medicine cabinet when she couldn’t fall asleep.
Ava doesn’t pull any punches. Instead of looking for sleeping pills or cough medicine that might help her doze off, she went for Sonny’s medication — likely for his Bipolar Disorder — when she didn’t even understand what it was.
Realizing it had no effect on her, Ava will probably keep it to herself that she gulped down a couple of pills hoping for some shuteye.
But when Sonny mentions Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) had the audacity to ask whether he was off his meds, Ava just might put two and two together and realize someone switched Sonny’s meds with placebos. For once, it’s not her — but whodunnit?

Sonny isn’t going to take the next few weeks well if the rumor mill has it right. He still doesn’t know who has been trying to kill him — and he can’t be sure it’s not Jason. He won’t find any clarity as to why Jason became an informant for the FBI.
His marriage to Nina Reeves Corinthos (Cynthia Watros) will remain at a standstill as he continues to fight for a divorce.
At the same time, he may be clued in on Nina’s tryst with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) — and could suffer pain and jealousy as a result that he didn’t expect to feel.
His relationship with Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) won’t improve, and his relationship with Kristina Corinthos Davis (Kate Mansi) could be complicated by her concerns about his drinking. Get ready for a rough road ahead — Sonny style!

Ava is no stranger to swapped Bipolar meds. This is going to feel like quite a mystery for her to figure out why Sonny’s meds are ineffective.
At the same time, she may not exactly hate that he’s off of them. After all, he’s suddenly into her and what if that’s the driving reason behind that attraction?
His recklessness appeals to her and she may not want to risk that going away. But if Ava starts to put the pieces together to determine who might be guilty of swapping his pills, it’s quite probable that all roads will lead to her gap pal, Nina.
