General Hospital Next 2 Weeks: Sam’s Theory, Alexis Sacrifice for Kristina, Gio Apologizes and Sonny’s Showdown

General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, September 16 to September 27, reveal that some fierce faceoffs are on the way. The week of September 16-20 will kick off with Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) raging at Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) for pointing the cops in her direction. Of course, Molly will be even more furious with Kristina for setting off a chain reaction that got their mother arrested!

Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will remain in police custody as she strategizes with Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco) about the best way to handle all this.

Finding out what evidence the cops have uncovered will be Alexis’ priority, so she may put Sam to work on that.

Sam will also develop a theory in the midst of this mess and will certainly try to wiggle Alexis out of trouble.

As for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he’ll have a heated showdown with Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) and ultimately confront Molly, too.

However, Alexis is on the verge of making a huge sacrifice, so she may plan to strike a plea deal if she thinks it’s the only way to protect Kristina.

Alexis will discover a shocker, so that could involve Kristina’s brief trip to the Quartermaine mansion. Kristina drove onto the property and left after deciding not to kill John “Jagger” Cates (Adam J. Harrington), but she’s going to look guilty if the cops find out that info.

Sonny will eventually hire someone, so that could be a hotshot lawyer for Alexis or maybe somebody to help him deal with mob drama while Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is out of town.

Jason and Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) will tackle a risky Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) rescue mission in Africa, where they’ll find out Holly Sutton (Emma Samms) is tangled up with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) due to a scam she’s running.

GH fans can expect grave danger for Anna and Jason, so we’ll see how they cope.

Back with Molly, she’ll bump into Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) again as they continue to bond. Could this friendship lead to a romance despite the fact that neither one of them is single?

After Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) defends her own romance to Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot), she’ll listen as Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) opens up.

Nina may admit her feelings for Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) are growing stronger and worry about the complications of that.

At the same time, Nina will think the more she can distract Drew from Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen), the better off her marriage to Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) will be.

It turns out Drew will propose an idea to Nina in the coming episodes – and it looks like it may involve some interesting new plans for the future of The Savoy.

Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) will have to make a decision after he hears Drew’s pitch as well.

Over with Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza), he’ll apologize to someone.

Gio may feel the need to smooth things over a bit more with Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) after he stunned her with the news of Sonny and Carly Spencer’s (Laura Wright) little scandal.

It looks like there’ll also be some positive updates when it comes to Lulu Spencer’s (Alexa Havins) condition, so her loved ones may hope that she’s going to wake up in the not-too-distant future.

Later, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will meet Isaiah Gannon (Sawandi Wilson) and get some information on the whole Lucky situation.

As for Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers), he’ll demand answers from Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure).

Will Robert land in Africa too and get caught up in Anna’s story with Holly?

During the week of September 23-27, the action in Africa will indeed heat up. Jason and Anna should remain in that danger we talked about, but this will force them to work through their issues. I

t could even lead to some flying sparks when Anna and Jason’s lives are at stake.

Whatever the case, Holly may get a heroic moment if she plays this just right and convinces Sidwell not to kill their intruders.

The downside is Holly might face some danger of her own if Sidwell figures out she’s been conning him!

While the Lucky mission presses on, there’ll be more developments in the Cates investigation back in Port Charles. Some twists and turns are still to come, so don’t miss what’s in store!

General Hospital spoilers say the next two weeks will bring some major showdowns and fresh dilemmas, so we’ll bring you more predictions on all the chaos.
