General Hospital (GH) spoilers for the next two weeks, November 18 to November 29, reveal that Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) will come through for Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson), so there’ll be a surprise offer that could motivate him to stick around.
If that’s not enough, Lucky will surely want to stay in town for Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins) once she comes out of her coma during the week of November 18-22.
GH spoilers say Lulu will indeed awaken, so she’s in for a shock when she finds out she’s been comatose for four years!
Meanwhile, Sam McCall’s (Kelly Monaco) funeral will bring some tears and even some anger.
Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) will end up blowing up at Lucas Jones (Van Hansis) since he needs someone to blame for the loss he’s dealing with.
However, the autopsy report could bring a much deeper investigation depending on what it reveals.
Elizabeth Baldwin (Rebecca Herbst) will find out some disturbing news, which could involve getting updates on that report.
Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) will make a promise, so that could be a vow to catch the person responsible if foul play was involved.
Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) and Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will also demand justice, so it sounds like the autopsy results will point to something nefarious.
If someone took Sam out on purpose, it could be Cyrus Renault (Jeff Kober) since there have been rumblings about his guilt for quite some time.
Whatever the case, our predictions point to several Sam revenge seekers in the coming episodes.
After Danny and Jason have a heartfelt discussion, Jason will decide to stand his ground on something.
That could involve Danny living with him, so Jason may have some fights brewing with Alexis.
Jason will turn to Dante for some Danny guidance later while Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) takes his problems to Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson).
Michael will use Sasha as his confidant again, so he may not come clean to Willow Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) about their hookup anytime soon.
Likewise, Willow may not confess to sleeping with Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) since she doesn’t realize Michael already knows.
Secrets could ruin Willow and Michael’s marriage if they can’t find some way to deal with their honesty issues.
Over with Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup), he’ll make repeated attempts to undo the problems he’s caused for Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali).
It’ll take some work on his part, but Trina will eventually start to see that Kai is a good guy at his core.

That may be related to Ava Jerome’s (Maura West) trial and something that could give Ric Lansing’s (Rick Hearst) client a serious advantage in court.
Back with Sasha, she’ll feel the love as Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) get to know her a bit better.
Even with Robert Scorpio (Tristan Rogers) gone, Felicia and Mac will still want Sasha to know she has a family she can count on.
During the week of November 25-29, it’ll be time for some Thanksgiving celebrations in Port Charles.
Things could get awkward at the Quartermaine mansion if Drew and Michael both end up attending the festivities.
Could that be when Michael finally loses it and admits he knows Drew hooked up with Willow?
Michael might admit he saw the whole thing on the nanny cam and leave Willow horrified.
As for Lulu’s family, they’ll have a lot to be grateful for since she’ll be awake.
Even so, Lulu will be overwhelmed over all the time she’s missed with her children and all the changes that have happened while she was in a coma.
