General Hospital Spoilers: Is Gregory the Fatal Wedding Victim – Revamped Version of Britt Westbourne’s Exit?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Port Charles is set to face a loss soon after Brook Lynn Quartermaine (Amanda Setton) and Harrison Chase’s (Josh Swickard) wedding winds down. That fits with the weekly preview video, which hints about a medical emergency that involves someone losing a lot of blood and being rushed to a trauma unit at GH.

In other words, it’s been confirmed that someone is going to face a grim fate following the wedding festivities, so it makes sense it ties in with this serious injury.

Since Evan Hofer (Dex Heller) was spotted at the studio for cast photos recently, Dex isn’t getting the one facing a fatal exit here.

Although the promo makes Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) look rather menacing, he may not even be the one responsible for whatever goes down – at least not directly.

However, Sonny did express concern about even attending the wedding since he’s been targeted multiple times.

It was Lois Cerullo (Rena Sofer) who assured Sonny that it’d be fine since he had his security team and Yuri (Cyrus Hobbi) had one, too.

Even so, that conversation almost felt ominous – like the wedding would be targeted in some way.

Lois mentioned the possibility of inviting Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), who’ll catch everyone by surprise later this week.

Since pretty much everyone will be at the wedding, that may be where Jason shows up and surprises them. Danny Morgan (Asher Antonyzyn) is set to bring a request to Jason in the May 14 episode, so it’s possible he’ll want his dad at the nuptials for some reason.

That could put Jason – who’s definitely being targeted by Pikeman for elimination – at this event.

Could this lead to a situation where Gregory Chase (Gregory Harrison) gets injured by mistake?

It’s possible Gregory will get a courageous moment that basically leads to a revamped version of Britt Westbourne’s (Kelly Thiebaud) exit.

Britt was dreading a lengthy Huntington’s battle where she slowly would’ve lost her mobility and independence, but she stepped up against “The Hook” and faced a heroic, speedy departure instead.

Likewise, Gregory is facing a similar ordeal now with his ALS, so GH may take him out quickly and spare him the rest of this difficult journey to his demise.

Gregory might even go out a hero if he pushes Brook Lynn out of harm’s way or something along those lines.

Of course, it’s also possible Gregory’s outcome won’t have anything to do with Pikeman or the mob.

It could be as simple as a collapse that ends with a terrible fall or a freak accident.

It just depends on how GH writers want to play this, but the overall point remains.

Gregory could get rushed into the grave after getting one last burst of happiness with his loved ones – just like Britt did after her epic New Year’s Eve birthday bash in 2022.

Regardless, Gregory is fading fast and we know someone’s going to perish following the wedding, so it could add up to him being the victim from the weekly preview video.
