General Hospital spoilers, February 7: Will Nina and Carly form an unholy alliance?
Although Nina (Cynthia Watros) did Carly (Laura Wright) a favor five years ago when she testified against Nelle (Chloe Lanier) so that Michael (Chad Duell) and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) could win custody of Wiley, the two women have not seen eye to eye since. Carly even kept the identities of both of Nina’s daughters from her, while Nina kept the fact that Sonny (Maurice Benard) was alive to herself.
However, desperate times call for desperate measures and the Granny Wars might cool to a Granny Detente. Nina is desperate to keep Drew (Cameron Mathison) away from Willow because she can see how unhealthy a relationship this is. Carly just wants Drew to pay for what he did to Michael, and taking Willow from Drew would do that.
With this common goal in mind, Carly arrives at Nina’s office for a meeting. Maxie (Kirsten Storms) is shocked to see Carly there but leaves the two women alone. Nina puts her cards on the table and asks Carly if she wants to team up to break up Willow and Drew. Although she hates being nice to Nina, something tells us that Carly will relish the idea.
A nervous Sonny waits with Natalia (Eva LaRue) for his big cardiologist appointment in California. The doctor examines him and then gives Sonny some big news.
Will Sonny learn that Isaiah’s diagnosis was correct, or is there something else wrong with him? Will a drug like Digitalis be found in his system, or will Sonny be prescribed Digitalis, which can make things confusing back home in Port Charles?
Laura’s busy day at Bobbie’s
Laura (Genie Francis) sits down for a meal with Lulu (Alexa Havins) at Bobbie’s where her daughter tells her that she thinks she has a lead on Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez). However, Laura is more concerned about what is going on at the other table.
She spies Drew talking to Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) as if they have known one another for years. Sidwell even asks Drew questions about Sonny. Laura needs to put her two cents in, and issue Drew a warning. Does she tell him how dangerous Sidwell is? Will a reckless Drew even care?
