Carly Corinthos Spencer Learns Shocking Truth on General Hospital
Recently, on GH, Carly Corinthos Spencer learned a heartbreaking truth. Her best friend, Jason Morgan, turned FBI informant to keep her out of prison.
Not only did he do something he thought he would never do – be a rat for the Feds – but he also let his kids think he was dead for almost three years on General Hospital.
So, of course, Carly is horrified to know that he did it all for her. Naturally, she feels guilty and wants to make things right. She wants to take the blame and let Jason off the hook with the FBI.
But, he’s dead-set against that because if she goes down, his sacrifice would be for nothing. However, everyone knows that once Carly sets her mind to something, it’s almost impossible to stop her on General Hospital.
Carly Desperate to Make Things Right on GH
When Carly Corinthos Spencer (Laura Wright) discovered Jason Morgan‘s (Steve Burton) motives, her first thought was to sacrifice herself. Of course, he told her not to. If she goes that route, everything he sacrificed for her would be pointless.
But she’s terrified that even if he gives the FBI what they want, they could keep him under their thumb for years. And in the end, they will likely send her to prison anyway. She’s torn between wanting to respect his wishes and wanting to do what’s right.
Currently, on General Hospital, she’s trying to get ahead of the game and prepare her defense with her attorney, Diane Miller (Carolyn Hennesy). Now, Diane knows everything and has given Carly her best advice. And of course, she will fight for her in court if it comes to that.
Indeed, Jason is adamant that Carly leave it alone and let him do what he needs to do to protect her. But, chances are, Carly will do things her way especially if she thinks she’s doing what’s right for Jason. It certainly wouldn’t be the first time. However, this time, she may push him too far.
General Hospital Prediction: Carly Loses Jason?
Most likely, Carly is going to follow her instincts and do the exact opposite of what Jason told her. Currently, she’s getting everything in order by bringing Diane into the mix. Plus, soon, she tells her daughter, Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy), that there’s a chance she could go to prison.
But if she turns herself into the FBI to free him, it could ruin their decades-long friendship. Of course, it seems there’s nothing Carly can do that would make Jason turn his back on her. But, even he has his limits on General Hospital.
