Fans have been buzzing with excitement since Victor’s kidnapping of Ethan on General Hospital. With the show celebrating its 60th anniversary, it was only a matter of time before we saw Ethan’s big return. After all, what better time to bring back familiar faces than during a milestone celebration? The moment finally arrived, and Ethan made his entrance in a surprising and unexpected way.
On Monday, April 17th, fans were on the edge of their seats as Holly and Felicia finally located Ethan. However, their happiness quickly turned to horror when they discovered that Ethan was being auctioned off to the highest bidder with the intention of murdering him. But the biggest twist came when Ethan was brought out covered in a hood, only to be surprised as the hood was whipped off and Nathan Parsons was nowhere to be seen.
Meet the New Actor Taking on the Role Of Ethan On General Hospital!
General Hospital has surprised fans by recasting Ethan with actor James Ryan instead of the actor who originated the role and has played it until now. Ryan’s portrayal of Ethan features curly blonde hair, which is a stark contrast to his predecessor’s dark locks. Due to his change in appearance, some fans may not have even recognized him at first if Holly wouldn’t call his name.
Fans of General Hospital will remember that Nathan Parsons portrayed Ethan from 2009 to 2012. Moreover, he even made a few appearances in the year since, including in 2013, 2015, and last in 2020. But now, it’s time for a fresh face to take on the role of Holly and Luke’s son. Although Nathan did not return as Ethan, but fans are excited to see their favorite character back again. They are curious to see how long Ethan will be on the show and whether he will stick around in Port Charles after the current storyline gets over. So, stay tuned to General Hospital to see what’s next up for Ethan.
