Days of Our Lives spoilers are in for Tuesday, September 23, 2025. Fans can expect Maggie Horton Kiriakis (Suzanne Rogers) to confront Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis).
Stephanie Johnson (Abigail Klein) makes a discovery. Plus, Chad DiMera (Billy Flynn) shares his worries with Cat Greene (AnnaLynne McCord).

Maggie Horton Kiriakis’ Confrontation
Let’s start off with Maggie, who will hear all about Tony’s lawsuit against Titan Industries. The redhead will want to do her part to help protect Victor Kirikais’ (John Aniston) legacy. Maggie thinks she can reason with Tony and maybe find out what his end goal really is.
In the past, Tony didn’t want anything to do with the family business. At one point, Tony and Anna DiMera (Leann Hunley) both agreed the company cursed anyone who got involved.
So, this new scheme of Tony’s doesn’t really make sense. In any case, Maggie likely won’t be able to talk Tony down.
EJ DiMera’s Hospital Plans
Over at the hospital, EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) has another meeting with Stephanie. EJ gave in and decided to go ahead and name the free clinic after Dr. Tom Horton (Macdonald Carey).
However, EJ and Gwen Rizczech von Leuschner (Emily O’Brien) agree that Cat is a big problem. At the same time, what is all the secrecy behind a free clinic, unless it’s a cover for something else.
Titan Heads Rival
Days of Our Lives spoilers for Tuesday, September 23 reveal that the heads at Titan Industries will argue. Alex Kiriakis (Robert Scott Wilson) is upset that he’s being iced out.
Meanwhile, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf) is furious he wasn’t told anything. Then, we have Xander Cook Kiriakis (Paul Telfer) and Philip Kiriakis (John-Paul Lavoisier) debating on how to handle it.
When all four of them are in the same room, expect there to be a lot of conflict. If they want to beat Tony, they will all need to work together, though.

Over with Chad, he is concerned about Cat working for EJ. While the blonde will assure Chad, he could still feel that something isn’t quite right. Of course, Chad has no idea that Cat is investigating EJ and his plans for the hospital.
The more that Cat tries to cover, though, the more danger she could be in. At some point, Chad will find out the truth, and her investigating his brother could be another romantic roadblock.
