After JJ Deveraux (Casey Moss) and Gabi Hernandez (Cherie Jimenez) escape Clyde Weston’s (James Read) rage alive, they’ll cling to each other in the aftermath.
It won’t be long until Gabi and JJ start enjoying some hookups, which could set the stage for a deeper reunion eventually.
On another note, Days spoilers suggest Doug Williams III (Peyton Meyer) may ultimately face an interrogation.
If it’s discovered that Doug’s in possession of the necklace, he could wind up back in a jail cell!
We should also talk about some mysteries that could bring some new developments.
Who’s behind the leaked Body & Soul storylines? What about the tainted cupcakes?
It may or may not be the same culprit, especially since the story leaks might’ve been about getting revenge on Leo Stark (Greg Rikaart).
Kerry (Derek Yates) was a Lady Whistleblower fan who failed to get in Leo’s bed like he wanted.
Since Kerry’s comeback is ahead, he could be a Lady Whistleblower imposter suspect.
As for the tainted cupcakes situation, that grudge seemed bigger and more nefarious toward the show overall.
Nurse Whitley King (Kim Coles) comes to mind as a potential cupcake poisoner since her return is brewing.
It might be discovered that Nurse Whitley escaped Bayview and that she’s been targeting Body & Soul.
Whitley may have turned against her former favorite soap, so that’s an option to consider.
