General Hospital fans were excited to learn that somehow Britt Westbourne (Kelly Thiebaud) escaped death. She’s been in hiding in Croatia and working on a top-secret lab project with Professor Henry Dalton (Daniel Goddard). Nobody knows what they are up to exactly, but it could have something to do with weapons and destroying national security. After all, the WSB is very concerned and is doing everything it can to figure out what is going on. This week, Ryan Paevey, who played Nathan West on the soap, confirmed his return to the show as well. It’s unclear if he will be reprising the role of Nathan, who is also dead, or someone new. That’s already two making a comeback, but now a supposed leak reveals there are two more characters being resurrected as well. Who could it be?

General Hospital Bringing Back More Dead Characters?

It seems that nobody is ever really dead when it comes to soap operas. Time and time again, fan favorites will die only to miraculously survive a few years down the road. Nobody knows what Dalton and Britt are up to, but there have been rumors of cloning floating around online. While this does seem far-fetched, it’s not impossible.

If the resurrection rumors prove to be true, there are several characters who could rise from the dead. One fan favorite many hope returns is Sam McCall (Kelly Monaco). If she does and somehow Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) and Britt begin their own love story, it could create huge problems. Since Monaco had issues with the show, it seems unlikely she would return, but never say never. After all, she did just back out of a tell-all podcast about what happened.

Another possibility is Cesar Faison. This would make sense since two of his dead children are back or coming back from the grave. Who knows, he may not even be working alone. Perhaps Helena Cassadine is returning. She loved working with Faison, and they were masterminds at what they did. Let’s not forget that Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota) moved into the Cassadine home and even found and gifted the sinister dagger to Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). The dagger was once used by Helena to kill Alexis’ mother.

Who Else Could Return?

Of course, many are speculating that Peter August (Wes Ramsey) could be behind all the evil happening around Britt and Dalton. Yet another family member to wreak havoc on Port Charles. Writers did hint that there is much more to come with the Obrecht/Faison family, so it’s hard to tell what they are up to.

Some fans have even gone so far as to think that Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) could be returning since he was teasing fans on social media. Plus, he has been mentioned a lot lately, and a photo of him and Michael was shown months ago at Sonny’s.

Another possible return is Spencer Cassadine. Some have a theory that he is in Paris. Others think that perhaps Sidwell is holding him captive somewhere.

There are a lot of possibilities, and while it was reported that two are coming back, which two remain a mystery. However, the original poster feels their source is very reliable and has been right on many things currently taking place on the show.
