Big Revealrs! Tracy Arrested – Michael Flies Home | General Hospital

General Hospital (GH) spoilers and recaps for Tuesday, May 20, reveal an explosive day in the land of Port Charles.

As the official launch to the 2025 Nurses Ball, the soap opened with Drew Cain (Cameron Mathison) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) on dual screens, saying “no” simultaneously until they both agreed (to something).

It seems there was a last-minute cancellation of the two original red-carpet co-hosts, and the powers that be reached out and asked them to do it.

The two show up behind the Nurses Ball backdrop and welcome viewers to the event.

They ran into was special guest star, entertainment journalist, Lesley Robins on the red carpet.

She and Nina talked fashion, and then she and the two Nurses Ball co-hosts are ready to interview guests entering the big gala.

Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) was the first person to walk the red carpet, and her ‘date” was a llama named Sebastian.

Lucy’s cute date was brought to the Nurses Ball festivities to spread awareness around llama rescue organizations that act as sanctuaries for those that are neglected and need medical care.

Of course, Lucy thanked Drew and Nina for stepping in on short notice and commented on what a ‘gorgeous pair’ the two made (Nina’s eyes rolled in the back of her head).

Next to hit the red carpet was Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) and his sweet date, his youngest daughter, Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Spears).

Drew was quick to bring up the town’s referendum and how the people of Port Charles held the fate of the mob boss’s pier ownership.

Sonny was quick to tell Drew that this wasn’t the place nor the time to talk about politics.

Meanwhile, Nina tried to brush off Drew’s statement by commenting on how beautiful Donna’s dress was.

Of course, Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) was the next to hit the red carpet, and things got very awkward as Drew tried to rattle her by bringing up the fact that Michael Corinthos (last played by Chad Duell) had to miss the Ball because of his burn injury.

Thankfully, Carly was able to keep her composure, which was a miracle considering the all-out brawl she and Nina had during the May 19 episode.

Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) walked the Nurses Ball red carpet with Jenz Sidwell (Carlo Rota), and Nina asked about Jordan quitting her city job as Deputy Mayor.

This is when Jordan announced that she is now the COO of Jenz’s company, and notes that her boss picked up the tab as the sole contributor to the Nurses Ball.

Drew then attempted to start touting about Jenz’s incredible work in the community, which is when Nina cut him off and announced Felicia Scorpio (Kristina Wagner) and Isaiah Gannon (Swandi Wilson) entering the gala.

Felicia makes it clear that she and Isaiah are hospital colleagues, and he agreed to walk her down the red carpet as her hubby, Mac Scorpio (John J. York), is still at work.

Jordan and Isaiah’s eyes meet as Nina asks if the handsome doctor is single, and she replies, “Yes.”

Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner), Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr), and Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) walk in together, and this is when Trina is treated with a surprise as Kai Taylor (Jens Austin Astrup) is right behind them, decked out in a tux.

Kai has officially been released from the hospital, and Trina happily joins him as they take pictures and walk into the Nurses Ball together.

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) and Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) also stroll the red carpet, but not without Joss taking a massive jab at Drew, calling him a “trash co-host” as the cameras are rolling.

Nina notes, in a very nice way, that Josslyn has obviously gotten some sassiness from her late grandmother, Bobbie Spencer (Jacklyn Zeman), to which Joss thanks her for the compliment.

The Quartermaines arrive and are about to hit the red carpet when Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) declares she wants to walk with her “two girls” – Lulu Spencer (Alexa Havins Bruening) and Brook Lynn Quartermaine-Chase (Amanda Setton), by her side.

Lulu opts to walk in with Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna), who’s quite pleased that she’s his date for the night.

Tracy then asks Brook Lynn, and her granddaughter suggests that she join her and Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard).

Unfortunately, Chase gets a work call and is stopped. He tells Tracy and Brook Lynn to go in without him.

Ned Quartermaine (Wally Kurth) and Olivia Quartermaine (Lisa LoCicero) proceed, and there’s some ‘polite’ banter between Drew and Ned.

Then Lulu and Dante walk in, where it’s noted that Lulu has missed a couple of these over the years. She’s happy to be a part of things tonight.

Tracy and Brook Lynn walk down the red carpet together, and Tracy proceeds to grab the mic out of Drew’s hands.

She starts talking about the town’s referendum when Chase interrupts … to arrest her!

Brook Lynn and Tracy are both shocked, and Chase reveals this is in connection with Drew’s ketamine drugging, as the cut-throat congressman is shown grinning.

Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) arrives with granddaughter, Emma Scorpio-Drake (Braedyn Bruner).

The two chat about representing Robin Scorpio-Drake (Kimberly McCullough) to Drew and Nina, as she could not be there this year.

Across town, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) is getting ready for the Ball when Ric Lansing (Rick Hearst) shows up at her home.

He’s come bearing gifts; paperwork that can help make her embezzlement of the Cassadine estate look legit.

Alexis notes the best way to do this is for him and Ava Jerome (Maura West) to back off on their blackmailing, and this is when Ric and Alexis start fighting.

Of course, Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) walks in on them, and she starts taking digs at Ric.

He’s ready to leave but does offer a warning to Kristina to stop riding so high on her hard horse, or she could get pushed down.

Kristina questions why Ric has been in Alexa’s orbit so much lately, and Alexis notes that Kristina should be nicer to him.

After all, they decided on a truce with Ric for Molly Lansing-Davis’s (Kristen Vaganos) sake.

Kristina says all bets are off now that Ric is representing Willow Tait-Corinthos (Katelyn MacMullen) against Michael in their divorce settlement.

Still, Alexis encourages Kristina to let go of her anger, like she originally stated she would, and Kristina spews back that her mom doesn’t need to protect her; she’s not a child.

This is when Alexis tells Kristina that she obviously does, and she knows that she tried to kill Ava.

Back at the Nurses Ball, Molly is waiting for her mom and sister before entering the red carpet when she stumbles upon Cody.

He agrees to walk her into the event, and of course, Nina and other journalists who interview them assume Molly and Cody are dating, and the two just go with it without correcting them.

In the Nurses Ball, the event is hopping, with many guests mingling and talking. Isaiah catches a glimpse of Portia and has a flashback to last week when he was walking by her office.

As fans recall, he heard her screaming about lying to her husband. This prompts Isaiah to approach Portia and lets her know that if she needs a friend, he is always around.

Meanwhile, Curtis tells Jordan that Drew confirmed he was blackmailing Portia.

In other news, Anna, Lucy, and Felicia are left scrambling, trying to find another singer for their performance.

Anna also worries about her dance with Chase being jeopardized.

Still, Felicia mentions Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) being at the Ball with the kids since Maxie Jones (Kristen Storms) was at home with Bailey Jones (Miley and Riley Plonski), as the toddler is sick.

This gave Anna an idea. Over at the station, Chase drops Tracy off at Mac in the interrogation room.

Mac tells Chase to head back to the Nurses Ball, the cop does have a performance, and he asks Chase to tell Felicia he’ll be running late.

General Hospital Recap: Michael Flies Home For the Nurses Ball

Tracy can’t understand why she’s been arrested; she wasn’t the last person with Drew the night he was drugged.

With that said, Mac notes that the police found a vial of ketamine in Tracy’s car, and this is when she realizes she’s been framed.

The last guest to arrive at the Nurses Ball is none other than Willow, who’s sporting a beautiful red gown and a new short hairdo.

Drew gives his mic to Nina and rushes over to his gal pal. He plants a kiss on her as cameras flash everywhere.

Meanwhile, an unknown figure, probably Michael, is shown in a private plane, watching the Nurses Ball on his phone.

He stares intently as Willow makes out with Drew on the red carpet.

General Hospital spoilers hint that it’s clear Michael Corinthos is heading back to the land of Port Charles; however, will Chad Duell return along with his character, or will the role be recast?
