Kevin found that out firsthand during their tense encounter on Monday, December 15, when he stood his ground against Sidwell. Unfortunately, standing up to Sidwell tends to have deadly consequences. Just ask PCU professor Henry “Hank” Dalton (Daniel Goddard).

If Sidwell were to kill Kevin, it would send devastating shockwaves through Port Charles, shatter Laura emotionally, and further entrench Sidwell as one of the show’s most dangerous villains. It would also give Laura a deeply personal stake in bringing him down — a storyline twist that would keep her firmly in the spotlight.

At this point, nothing has been officially confirmed, but the signs are hard to ignore. Between Lindström’s growing commitment to Beyond the Gates, Kevin’s limited appearances, and Sidwell’s escalating threat, the possibility of a tragic ending looms large.
